I hope there is a blog detailing all of it but the various fixes ive seen or heard other people noticing. But heres all Ive seen so far Thank you CCP.
New Electronic Warfare Notification
Overview now shows who on the overview is performing what sort of electronic warfare including warp scramming and jamming and various others on you.
Tabbed Overviews
Wished you had multiple overveiws with different settings each? your wishes been asnwered, little buggy right now but needs more testing and fixing.
No more traffic jams at stations
You now exit at full speed and no longer stop, this may be a boost to pirates as instant redocking is a smaller window now.
New Player Content
New Welcome to this page to assist players on how creatain parts of eve work such as fitting page and market.
Market Browsing improvements
Includes recent searches and autofill when typing search in.
cant wait for more to appear.

Isnt kidding, you can even setup the overivew to give the row a different color (like flashing blue) if they are performing ewar on you.

update
You can now turn off missile effects to reduce client to server side lag similar to gun effects and other effects.

In response to dukeslets picture you get minature icons by the responsible party that performing electronic warfare, the blue warp core for warp scram blue web for web, target circle fuzzed for jamming and ect ect.

They work for both. but current issue is the only show one icon at a time and its only the last one they applied so if he scrams then damps the damps would show first. hopefully it will be fixed soon.
